Excellent value for money. The welcome and waitress were very pleasant and friendly. Smiling and attentive. Perfect. The meal was excellent, cooked to perfection. Beautiful presentation, the meat was excellent, and the portions were generous. In short, perfect, I will return with great pleasure. Please note, do not confuse this with "Chez Fernande". See you very soon.

Great surprise. For someone looking for real food from local with honest price Local restaurant. Great personnel very kind and patient with our broken French. Great food. The service was incredibly fast and excellent. When they realized we weren't French, they served us in Spanish. They were very friendly, and they even let our dog in with us and gave him water. The food was perfect, both in quantity and flavor. I'll definitely remember this place if I return to this part of France.

30/06/2026: We were looking forward to our dinner with you based on a recommendation. Ordered the veal dish and the outside crumb was burnt and the veal so dry inside. I did send it back and the lovely staff had it replaced but your chef should never have sent put the dish as it was. No music when we turned up and there was zero atmosphere to say we were a little disappointed. Staff service was excellent and friendly.

11/07/2026: For the first time, we ate outside. I was surprised that on such a sweltering evening, there were so few people on the terrace. The food on the €35 set menu (the complete menu without wine and aperitif) was excellent. We'll definitely go back, but you should hurry there because you won't regret it. It's the best place to eat in Gaillac.
04/07/2026: A very warm welcome, friendly and accommodating waiters and waitresses. And excellent food with an impressive selection of Gaillac wines. Highly recommended.
