For the first time, we ate outside. I was surprised that on such a sweltering evening, there were so few people on the terrace. The food on the €35 set menu (the complete menu without wine and aperitif) was excellent. We'll definitely go back, but you should hurry there because you won't regret it. It's the best place to eat in Gaillac.

It's hard to find better value for money. The products are excellent. The presentation, the taste, the quantity—everything is perfect. There's nothing to complain about. The service and welcome are top-notch. The setting is very pleasant. The dishes are generous and high-quality, even the set menus.
