Au Fil des Saisons sur Gaillac

A must-visit restaurant that I highly recommend during your stay in Gaillac. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. The staff is fantastic. As a group of 10, we received a very warm welcome. Thank you so much!

We ate there for lunch today and had a great time! First of all, regarding the food, the starter was nice (the one with the tuna), but I preferred my wife's (to each their own, as they say). However, for the main course, I had the burger and fries, and unfortunately, the burger bun was very hard, as if it had been in the oven too long or had been defrosted (I can't really tell). On the other hand, the fries were amazing!!! As for dessert, we had the trio; it was nice, but nothing special. Next, the service was really excellent! From the very friendly owner to the young servers who did their best, we appreciated it. We even left a tip, which is rare enough for me to mention. Finally, the atmosphere was pleasant outside. For €20.90 for a full meal, I feel I got my money's worth and therefore recommend this place!

Lovely restaurant, chosen for a romantic weekend. They were very accommodating regarding my pregnancy when preparing the meals. My sweetheart even got a wine tasting with his meal deal. I highly recommend it!

Eleven of us came for my birthday and were seated in a veranda for a "private" evening. The servers were exceptionally hospitable! The owner offered us a bottle of wine and desserts, and was very attentive to all our requests. We all agree that we had never before been welcomed so warmly at this restaurant, which we highly recommend in every respect.
