A truly enjoyable experience! Excellent meal with pleasant service. A slight wait upon arrival was more than made up for by the owner when we offered coffee. Thank you again! We will gladly return.

The atmosphere was surprisingly calm considering how busy it was. The service was excellent, even though the waitresses were still learning; they were very professional and pleasant. The food was also top-notch, not to mention the owner, who was exceptionally kind. You can go to this restaurant without hesitation.

We enjoyed the weekly menu at this restaurant. The value for money is excellent, and the service was good too. The area outside is quieter than the center of Gaillac (fewer cars and people). Unfortunately, inside the restaurant, there was quite a bit of noise from a group of people who seemed to think they were the only ones there… I think the place is better suited to groups of 2 to 4 people, given the size of the restaurant. It's rather small, almost intimate.

The servers are very friendly, no complaints there. The problem lies with the food, which isn't of a very high culinary standard. If you're looking for a truly excellent restaurant, this isn't the place for you, but if you just want a casual meal, it's perfect.

An hour and a half between the starter and the main course (Caesar salad, so not much preparation), and we had four different servers. Something's clearly wrong with the organization. Two hours have passed, and now we're waiting for dessert. First come, first served. What a shame, it was good.

It all started with a very good draft beer and an excellent mojito as an aperitif. For starters, the salmon carpaccio and the liver were remarkably delicate. We continued with the sea bream Caribbean-style and the sea bass fillet: perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Special mention and a big thank you to Chef Michel Orru for his generosity and attentiveness: he let us taste the wines before we made our selection, and even prepared a magnificent custom cheese platter for me! The peach dessert was the perfect ending to this wonderful meal. We ate extremely well; everything was absolutely perfect. A must-visit in Gaillac!

Every time I arrive in this charming town for work, I absolutely have to stop by Fernand's for a meal. Honestly, the service is impeccable and always with a smile, which is so rare in restaurants these days that it's really worth mentioning! You immediately feel welcome; it's a real pleasure. And let's talk about the food: the dishes are authentic and homemade, a true delight for the taste buds. I wholeheartedly recommend these delicious dishes; they're so good you practically eat them with your mouth open! It's truly the perfect place for a gourmet break when you're in the area. If you ever find yourself in Gaillac, don't hesitate to make a detour to Fernand's. I'm sure you won't be disappointed!
