A truly wonderful restaurant in Brest. The cuisine is refined, sophisticated, and full of subtlety, featuring superb ingredients and beautifully executed combinations (special mention for the chicken with foie gras sauce and the perfectly cooked fish). The side dishes are carefully prepared, always showcasing a variety of vegetables. There's a fine selection of natural wines, original and of excellent quality. The owner is very friendly and the service is warm. A sure bet where you can't go wrong.

It's great, always nice to stop by whether it's lunchtime, evening, or Sunday after the market! Big cans in the cellar, plenty to enjoy.
