Baragwin is a truly wonderful place. We dined there for the first time on Saturday evening. The welcome and service were very professional. There was no wait, and the staff were very attentive, offering suggestions without being pushy – a real plus these days. The quality of the food was equally impressive, with a small menu featuring dishes made from fresh, seasonal ingredients. The cooking and preparation were spot-on. Well done, we'll be back! Passing through Brest, I found this place on Raisin. What a delight! A warm welcome, refined and sophisticated cuisine, excellent natural wines by the glass, and very pleasant service. A truly wonderful experience! Thank you. Best of luck to the whole team.

The food shows the effort put in. However, everything else needs a serious overhaul: the waiter, the dining room layout, the (natural) wine. It's a rough mix of bistronomic and a typical neighborhood bistro. Sometimes that works, but not here. And it's not cheap. A shame.

A success from start to finish, not forgetting the wine! Special mention for the homemade terrine, which was fabulous. A warm welcome, as always. Highly recommended.

A truly wonderful restaurant in Brest. The cuisine is refined, sophisticated, and full of subtlety, featuring superb ingredients and beautifully executed combinations (special mention for the chicken with foie gras sauce and the perfectly cooked fish). The side dishes are carefully prepared, always showcasing a variety of vegetables. There's a fine selection of natural wines, original and of excellent quality. The owner is very friendly and the service is warm. A sure bet where you can't go wrong.
