A pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Attentive and friendly service. A focus on quality local produce. Excellent and surprising amuse-bouches, starters, main courses, and desserts. Someone called this establishment a gem; there were four of us, and we unanimously agree. We're delighted to have discovered XAYA, in the other gem that is Saint-Jean-de-Luz. See you soon!

Booked by chance online and what a pleasant surprise!
The welcome was very friendly, the waitresses were fantastic.
Excellent set menu, great value for money at €25 for a starter/main course/cheese or dessert.
The cooking was perfect and the seasoning was well-balanced, with a special mention for the fish.
The desserts weren't too sweet, which is rare these days.
Well done, you're proof of honest dining.
I highly recommend it.

We dined at this restaurant during our visit to Saint-Jean-de-Luz. After poring over the town's restaurant menus, this was the one we chose. An enticing menu… and an experience that lived up to our expectations!
You'll discover dishes prepared with seasonal vegetables, a touch of originality, all while showcasing regional products.
Thank you to the entire restaurant team for their warm welcome! A Bib Gourmand award is definitely within reach!

Excellent food. No frills (understandable dish names, no petals everywhere, no "world cuisine" style spices – French cuisine, how awful! – nor any of the trendy gimmicks). Refined dishes at a reasonable price.
