5-course menu: a great discovery! From appetizers to dessert... Yum! Very nice discovery. An attentive team, keen to respect everyone's allergies and tastes, even if sometimes the service is a bit slow. We really liked the principle of not knowing what we were going to eat. Thank you for our 2 years of marriage we couldn't choose better 👌🏻

We went there with my wife recently, even after eating at the best places in St Jean de Luz, in my opinion this restaurant is effortlessly at the top of the list. We chose the 7-course formula and were able to taste the dishes, each more delicious and ingenious than the last, made with the day's arrivals. The mixtures of flavors and textures show the mastery and passion of the chef and his team, the servers are smiling, efficient, in short, very professional. A big thank you to the entire restaurant team, we will definitely come back!

We just tried the tasting menu (5 blind dishes) for dinner, a treat from start to finish! And the cuisine is refined, it is subtle and always with impeccable local products. We are happy regulars, happy to find Fred and his welcome and his smile, and the chef's cuisine which is evolving so well.
