A very pleasant dining experience in a restaurant with gastronomic ambitions and classic decor. The €41 set menu (starter, main course, dessert) was excellent (the foie gras could have been a bit more generous, a special mention for the ravioli with its green crab bisque; the amuse-bouche was very enjoyable). Professional service.
In short, a lovely evening.

Excellent evening at Zoko Moko. Charming female staff. Zen and soothing atmosphere. The dishes are delicious and generous, but that doesn't stop us from indulging in the desserts, which are refined, unusual, and delectable.

We had dinner at this restaurant and ordered the full menu, which was excellent from start to finish. The ravioli was incredible, and the chocolate dessert was equally impressive. A great find, a little hidden away from the city center. The service was also very professional. Don't hesitate!

A somewhat overrated reputation...
The dishes are good but lack that certain something, that extra something, that touch of sophistication one might expect in a so-called "gastronomic" restaurant. For example, the side dish with the line-caught hake, typical of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, is rather bland. The same goes for the dessert, refined but lacking in flavor.
The service is adequate, but the wait between courses is a bit long.
One of the waiters is rather cavalier and seems easily offended.
The cocktails, while not excellent, are also good. The white wine sangria is worth trying.
A slight disappointment considering the establishment's stated level of prestige, as the cuisine doesn't stand out much from that of a typical bistro.
But it's an address worth trying for a free interpretation of local dishes, prepared in a different way.
