We had a delicious meal here. My husband and I chose to share 3 starters. Gravlax salmon ceviche with citrus fruits and herbs, scallop carpaccio with samphire, and Burrata and tomatoes prepared in three different ways with homemade pesto. A glass of champagne to go with it. Delicious! We truly enjoyed the flavors and the visual presentation of the dishes. My daughter had the kids' menu. The location is also very nice. We sat outside on the beautiful square. Highly recommended!

A wonderful experience at Concept! We had a fantastic time. The cod lasagna was absolutely delicious! The staff is very pleasant, attentive, and professional, and the owners are incredibly kind. Both are master sommeliers, and their passion and expertise shine through in both the food and their wine recommendations. I highly recommend it! See you soon!

For our birthdays, we went to this restaurant. The meal was delicious and the staff was very attentive. Since it's connected to a wine bar, we received excellent recommendations for our various dishes. I highly recommend it.

I don't know the name of the chef at Concept, but wow, what talent! Scallop carpaccio, veal kidneys cooked to perfection, all accompanied by a good glass of wine. Impeccable service and welcome. Thank you, we had a wonderful time with you. 👌

25/07/2026: What a delightful surprise this restaurant in Charleville-Mézières was. Tables beautifully set and an excellent and surprising menu, beautifully presented. Accompanying it was a good bottle of wine unknown to us. It was very quiet on the evening we were there. This restaurant deserves good patronage. Hans and Marleen, Amersfoort
