An excellent little bistro in the centre of Cognac. Great 2 course meal with drinks for around €60 for 2 people. The sauté de veau special was superb. Highly recommended.

Very good value for money. Our plates were good and ample. The two servers were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you to them, even though they're always running around, always smiling and offering a kind word. They try to be available whenever they can. A bit of a wait, but I'll be back for the welcome and the reasonable prices, as well as the good food. I highly recommend this place!

I don't understand the low rating. I've been coming here regularly for almost 3 months now. And not only am I never disappointed. But what's more. The food isn't just good. It's excellent. I recommend it, of course.

08/01/2026: This is a restaurant I used to love coming to, both with my sweetheart and for lunch with colleagues. Unfortunately, for some time now, both the quantity and quality have declined significantly. I once had an exceptional roasted Camembert there, the likes of which I'd never tasted before. Today, it's not the same: less charcuterie, less variety, and fewer fries. It's a real shame, especially since the prices haven't changed. Returning to the quality and portion sizes of the past would be wonderful... and I would gladly come back.
31/12/2025: We had a very good meal, the Angus bavette steak was excellent! The waitress was very friendly.
