We were craving baby squid during our stay in the Basque Country. We stopped at this bar/restaurant. The welcome was excellent and our dishes were perfect. We had a great time.

A fantastic, efficient, and friendly waiter from Ryien – nothing was missing, he was kind, quick, and always smiling. What more can I say except thank you? He's the best, the kind of service you rarely find in restaurants anymore, and on top of that, he speaks English.

First visit to St. Jean, excellent restaurant, the beef tartare was superb. I highly recommend this place. Service by Ryen was impeccable, a very pleasant person. 😃

11/09/2026: Lunch during the holidays. Very good atmosphere, it's a restaurant frequented by regulars. Short menu, generous portions, fresh cuisine. My fish dish was a tad too salty.
