The perfect restaurant for your vacation! The restaurant is ideally located on a mountainside, with a breathtaking view of the Roman bridge and the small river below. The food is 100% homemade and prepared to order. So yes, it takes time to cook high-quality food, despite the grumbling comments about having to wait a bit for your meal. The burgers are EXCELLENT. Made with fresh ingredients sourced from local producers, the servers will be happy to tell you more if you're interested. The fries are very good, especially the garlic and herb fries – a real treat. The servers are professional and friendly. Perhaps not friendly enough for some, who seem used to tip-hungry customers. Rest assured, they will be happy to seat you and will do their best to find you shade (very precious during the summer months). Don't hesitate to ask them for recommendations on the dishes; they are truly passionate about their food. The only slight drawback is that it's not possible to have your meat cooked rare. But that's quickly forgotten once you take the first bite. If you're in Nyons, go without hesitation; you'll have a wonderful time.

Beautiful place, the drinks are very good, as are the platters of terrines and olives. Unfortunately, the waiters aren't the most pleasant.

The service was quick; we ordered a pizza cooked to a golden brown, but it turned out to be almost raw, not at all crispy, in my opinion. Aside from that, the ingredients were of good quality.
