We stumbled upon this charming little square: a wonderful discovery! Wine was a delight! We had a lovely time on the terrace: delicious wines and a generous sharing platter. The welcome was warm and friendly: we highly recommend it!

09/07/2026: Best discovery of our vacation! The setting is exceptional. The service is top-notch and incredibly friendly. :) And all this with amazing food. Thank you for everything!
06/07/2026: A warm welcome and a great location opposite the Roman Bridge; the view is magnificent at sunset. The evening meal was light but satisfying; add three or four Nyons olives and it's perfect (I love olives). As for the service, the owners and staff were incredibly attentive. THANK YOU 🌸

27/05/2026: It's a beautiful, timeless place in an equally timeless city. We're always warmly welcomed and happily return. The portions are generous and the food is healthy. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys disconnecting and relaxing. The region is splendid, especially for bike rides 🏍️ 😉
26/05/2026: I highly recommend this charming establishment. Every time we visit Nyons, we book the Hôtel Colombet for our stay. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with classic decor. The service is impeccable. We felt so at home! The staff is discreet and attentive. As for the restaurant, it's a wonderful place to discover. The dishes are delicious and generous. The service is perfect. We will definitely return on our next trip to Nyons. A nice bonus is the shaded parking lot opposite the hotel, perfect for motorcycles.
