Excellent, friendly, and attentive service. The dishes are refined, and I recommend the sea bream with sautéed vegetables, chilled diced tomatoes with mango, and a light vinaigrette. Very good and quick service.

A warm and friendly welcome. The servers are very attentive. For a brasserie, the dishes are excellent: the lamb was superb, perfectly cooked, and the brunch plate was very good and generous. I was lucky enough to try the lemon poppy seed coffee for dessert – absolutely divine! I highly recommend this brasserie.

We often ate ice cream, which was good (except for the caramel sauce). Pleasant service. Located by the roadside, so inevitably noisy.

A pleasant restaurant where the servers are very helpful and responsive. Hearty salads, good-tasting local blonde beer. A very generous selection of gourmet coffees.

Brasserie le Salô

25/09/2026: Homemade meal: extra couscous and homemade tarte tatin plus vanilla ice cream.
21/09/2026: Sometimes things just work out. Everything was great. Too good. Thank you.
