Super warm welcome, extremely nice people. I had a generously garnished waffle, the tea was excellent. I recommend Le Grand Salon 1000% and I would return with great pleasure.

Ouvert un 1 er janvier bravo pour l’accueil au tourisme et ils nous ont trouvé une solution pour une table de 8 personnes alors que le lieux été pleins

01/11/2023: We stopped by on All Saints’ Day and had a nice surprise. A very nice setting. Generous sweet pancakes. A great tasting of medieval drinks (which doesn't cost an arm and a leg!) And two welcoming, generous and caring people. We didn't have the chance to taste the savory dishes but if they are as good as the crepes, don't hesitate. In short, we recommend.
21/10/2023: We ate at this beautiful place for my birthday. The waiter gave us the very nice surprise of putting a candle on the dessert plate accompanied by the song in the background. A very refined medieval decor. Very good service and very good cuisine and a very beautiful presentation of the plates. We highly recommend, warm welcome and very good cuisine.

26/03/2024: superb locavore experience in the hotel restaurant ideally located in the heart of the town of Sisteron. a talented young chef recently took over the restaurant and works with passion on mainly organic products in a short supply chain. Special mention goes to the pulled lamb with seasonal vegetables and local apple gazpacho tatin style! the server is passionate and very friendly too! even the bread is taken from the organic baker next door: a pure delight! a great moment of pleasure for lovers of good local products! I recommend +++
