The welcome was very warm, and the staff were incredibly attentive to their guests.
The meal was excellent, featuring the discovery of pieds paquets (stuffed trotters), a beautiful trolley of local cheeses, and desserts.
The highlight was the Citadel room with its magnificent view.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Sisteron, Provence. The atmosphere is both peaceful and elegant—ideal for relaxing and fully enjoying your stay.
The staff is simply exceptional: warm, attentive, and always taking excellent care of us from the beginning to the end. The restaurant deserves special mention. The cuisine is worthy of a Michelin star, and the service is equally impressive—precise, seamless, and impeccable.
The gourmet coffee is the best I've tasted in France—a true delight, not to be missed.
Frankly, there isn't a single negative point. It's a real gem, a precious place we'll be happy to return to.
