Bar Restaurant Chez Luis sur Saint-Jean-Pied-De-Port

A very warm welcome; you don't want to leave. Luis is a wonderful, generous, and professional person. A rare find these days. Added September 2026. Since then, every year when I'm in Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, I make a point of stopping by to say hello to Luis and enjoy a delicious cordial. It's always a lovely experience. The setting was renovated during the refurbishment of the Place de la Mairie. The terrace is now beautiful with its plants. You don't want to leave even less than before!

Excellent coffee! The waiter was very pleasant and gave great advice for visiting the city!

Looking for a coffee shop, I stumbled upon this place. What a stroke of luck! Excellent coffee! And to top it all off, the owner was very pleasant and helpful. When I ran out of water, he didn't hesitate to refill my water bottle several times and gave me great tips for exploring the area. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience! The coffee is excellent, as is the service. The manager is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!

A suspended moment, an incredibly kind boss… always attentive to his customers and, what's more, engaging in fascinating conversations ;)
