We had lunch today (May 9, 2026) at this charming restaurant during our visit to the Drôme region (we're from Grenoble), and what a wonderful discovery! We received a superb welcome. Despite the crowd, there was very little wait before being served: the owner and waitresses are remarkably efficient and always have a smile on their faces. I ate the best vegetarian burger with Comté cheese I've ever tasted… a true explosion of flavors! My partner chose the Poulette salad and was also completely won over by the quality and taste of the ingredients. You can immediately tell that the food is homemade with passion. The owner (who is certainly the chef) is a true culinary artist. It's such a shame the restaurant is a bit far from our home! But since we regularly return to the Drôme, we will gladly come back. It's truly wonderful to eat in a restaurant where everything comes together: a warm welcome, fast and impeccable service, very reasonable prices, and absolutely delicious food. Dinner with friends at the Bistrot de la Fontaine. Very friendly welcome and the waitress Léonie was very pleasant and smiling. Next time we'll try the restaurant La Voûte des Gourmands, which was upstairs!
