Le Relais sur Hauterives

A very nice, very quiet hotel. Excellent welcome. A very good dinner with efficient service. The caravan is beautiful, the bedding is very comfortable, and we didn't hear a thing during the night.

We had a wonderful night at the Hôtel du Relais during a getaway to the Drôme region with my partner. The building is magnificent, and the grounds are very welcoming as well. We stayed in a gypsy caravan for a unique experience, and it offered all the usual comforts of a standard room, while still feeling like we were in our own little haven. We loved it. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, which is excellent. The menu offers exceptional value for money, and the service is equally attentive. Finally, breakfast confirmed our impressions; the buffet has everything you could want, and you can even order freshly baked eggs! In short, we have very fond memories of our stay in Hauterives, the Hôtel du Relais, and of course, the Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval! Thank you

The hotel is very well located in the city center, the staff are welcoming and very friendly, the rooms are very nice, we had dinner there on Valentine's Day and everything was excellent, the chef was top-notch, all for a reasonable price, and the breakfast was plentiful. In short, a highly recommended place to stay.

The hotel and staff were very charming, and the decor was lovely! The food was very good, and the room was nice but very difficult to heat in winter despite the heating. I stayed several nights as part of a business package; the breakfast was very good. I recommend it!

The owners' welcome, both when booking by phone and upon arrival, deserved 5 stars. Kindness, kindness, and a smile are qualities that are more than welcome in today's society. So thank you, Domitille and Jerome! We spent our weekend in one of their caravans... the bedding and cleanliness were also 5 stars. We were on half-board. The breakfast was very generous and varied. The meals were exquisite and delicious. The service was impeccable. A special mention also goes to their smiling and lovely waitress. Don't change a thing!!! We stayed a few days at Le Relais. This establishment is exceptional, from the warm welcome of the owners to the absolutely exquisite dinner. The dishes are beautifully presented and so delicious. We received excellent advice on the bottle of wine we enjoyed. Thank you so much. And our spacious, well-decorated, and very practical room delighted us. Finally, the breakfast is worthy of a four-star rating. Sumptuous. We will definitely return!

Magnificent meal in a quiet and friendly place. Perfect cuisine from starter to dessert!!! A real treat. Recommended in moderation!
