23/03/2026: It was February. While my wife was playing in the snow with my uncle, I took the opportunity to relax. I was strolling through the snow when I spotted the sign for Alti-2000. I sat down on the terrace and ordered a coffee. It was divine, so I asked to see the chef who had created this caffeinated masterpiece to convey my compliments. That's how I met Jules and his warm smile. A coffee enthusiast since childhood, he told me about his lifelong relationship with the percolator, which has kept him company since the beginning of the season. Jules is exceptionally kind and generous. He even showed me the restrooms and spoke to me in German, my native language. Jules is a very attentive person who makes coffee with love. His demeanor behind the counter is exemplary and immediately makes you want to spend time with him. I therefore recommend Jules to anyone who, one day, has the honor of stepping through the doors of Altitude 200. If the world were full of Jules, I'm almost certain it would be a better place.
