Baraka sur Roubaix

It's a real shame and unfair to pay as much for the vegetarian dish as for the meat dish. It doesn't make sense. The portions are small. The food is average. The dessert is uninteresting. I was still very hungry when I left. Otherwise, the place is original, especially the convivial "terrace." I didn't see any cooperative aspect to the place, just the trendy, hipster vibe. This will be my one and only time.

Baraka at lunchtime is always a good idea :-) And don't forget that you can use their services and take advantage of the venue for special occasions :-) Fresh cuisine and a menu that changes every day.

Organic canteen with simple but tasty dishes (zucchini quiche with raw vegetables). Small bottled organic fruit juice for 2 euros and other drinks available. You can sit in the shared garden across the street (composting, watch out for wasps in season). Bring your own cutlery and clear your own table. Relaxed atmosphere.

The outdoor terrace in the garden, shaded by trees, is very pleasant. The food is fresh and delicious. We especially enjoyed the homemade kefir.

I went to lunch at La Baraka a few weeks ago. What a joy to eat home-cooked food and receive such a warm welcome! The weather wasn't great for eating on the terrace, but the atmosphere inside was cozy and allowed for interaction with the staff. I'll definitely go back on my next visit.

Pleasant and comprehensive service. They were very accommodating, even for large groups, and served hot dishes together despite our size.

A timeless moment in a unique and welcoming setting. Where organic and local products are celebrated, with very reasonable prices. Thanks again to the team! Even if it's a bit of a detour, it's well worth it. I highly recommend it. And then take a dip in the pool before or after, and you'll have made the day worthwhile! 🙂

Home-style cooking made fresh daily. Great La Brouette beer. And it's organic! 😊 Very friendly and helpful staff. A shaded terrace for lunch in the garden. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it.
