Picon beer as an aperitif, excellent meal. My companions all opted for the American one which they found excellent. I chose the veal liver and I didn't regret it. It was a treat. As a starter, I chose herring and apples in oil which is one of the best I have ever had. We opted for the Calvados flambé apple tart and the house offered us a digestive. There were surprisingly few people there so the staff and owners took great care. It’s definitely worth the trip 😋😋😋
