Excellent welcome, staff taking great care of us, our children and our dog. The dishes were excellent, visually and tastefully. I recommend if you go to Minerve

Very good condition establishment, refined cuisine, plus a discovery of 3 glasses of wine associated with the dishes for only 10 euros extra, a treat, without forgetting a friendly welcome. We strongly recommend. Mr and Mrs Bourillon

Everything was perfect ! Elaborate and fine cuisine. Very pleasant and welcoming service. The food and wine pairing offered is truly appreciable and excellent value for money. The price of the first menu is really reasonable given the quality of the dishes. In addition, a pre-entry aperitif is offered. The restaurant understood what customer service was. THANKS ! We will come back with pleasure!

Great discovery, warm welcome, quality local wines, seasonal, fine, tasty cuisine. Beautiful presentation on the plate. Very visual and delicious desserts. Well done. We are very lucky to have discovered this restaurant a few kilometers from our home. Thank you, and continue to tickle our taste buds.

Un lieu, une terrasse,et surtout vaisselle et couverts et...biensur les plats. Originaux, très soignés et ça vous éclaté dans la bouche. Tentez l'asdortiment plats et vins pour 10€ proposé. Ça vous assure de belles découvertes.

La table des troubadours

23/01/2024: Visited during our holiday in Cathar country. Minerve is touristy through and through, but this restaurant still has a very local feel. August is the peak period and we requested a place without having made a reservation. We received an extremely friendly welcome and were given a pleasant table. That was okay because it was cool there. We were immediately seated next to some locals. We would have a nice chat with one of them later in a souvenir shop a little further away. Very tasty food! prepared on a wood fire on the terrace. Plenty of vegetables too. Highly recommended! If it weren't for that time, we would be a regular visitor too! Top! Congratulations to chef and team.
18/11/2023: very pleasant restaurant (setting both simple and refined), copious and very good (and refined) dishes the charming waitress, and the owners of the restaurant let's not talk about it, more than friendly (people we consider for us personally, friends). Thank you Alain and Paola for this pleasant day that we spent with our friends thanks to you. It's sincere. Visited in September FOR lunch.
