Every time it's a pure delight! Audrey and Christophe welcome us like family. The view from the terrace is fabulous, and the table settings and tableware are tastefully chosen. The dishes are exquisite and sophisticated; it's a wonderful discovery every season. A warm welcome, an idyllic setting, a marvelously cozy atmosphere, and precise, detailed advice and presentation of the dishes are the hallmarks of this beautiful place, which has become our annual must-visit destination. And then there's the cuisine... It combines inventiveness, diversity, and an explosion of flavors! We had a wonderful time at Les 2 Rivières restaurant in Minerve. The food is excellent, prepared with high-quality ingredients and great care. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious: their presentation is particularly refined and immediately makes your mouth water. Each plate truly makes you want to start eating even before the first bite! The service is very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which contributes to a pleasant atmosphere throughout the meal. The terrace is a real asset, offering a beautiful view of the two rivers that surround the village of Minerve, in a peaceful and enchanting setting. A truly wonderful restaurant that we highly recommend.

The dishes are a delight for the palate 😊😋🥰, a true pleasure. A treat from beginning to end. Reservations are recommended, as there are only about twenty covers per seating. Shaded terrace with a magnificent view of the gorges 🤩😍. Very peaceful setting

Beautiful, sophisticated cuisine, impeccable service, and everything is done with genuine modesty. The view from the terrace is wonderful on summer evenings, but the dining room is also very intimate. Plus, there's a lovely wine cellar!
