This is what I call a lovely surprise! We were greeted with a smile and seated on the cool terrace with its magnificent view. The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious. I loved the variety of menus offered, each one different. There's something for every budget; for us, the hardest part was choosing! 😁 We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The service was perfect. We opted for the €29 set menu. The dishes were excellent and refined, from the appetizer to the dessert. The waitresses were very welcoming and friendly. The terrace offers a superb view of the surrounding countryside, and we enjoyed the birdsong. We highly recommend it.

Restaurant located in the lower part of Minerve with a breathtaking view of the valley. The à la carte menu is limited, but everything served is fresh. The chef is accommodating to children, who aren't always fans of this slightly more upscale style of cuisine. Impeccable service from start to finish. All the dishes were superb, beautifully presented, and delicious. The wine list features only Minervois wines, and the prices are reasonable. Excellent value for money.
