Wednesday, August 26, 2026, a couple's discovery of this beautiful establishment with a view. I 100% recommend it! Pleasant terrace, lovely decor inside. The €38 menu was a feast for the eyes and the palate. Salmon amuse-bouche, double melon and shrimp starter with exotic fruits, monkfish medallions with cuttlefish cream rice, desserts like a revisited floating island and raspberry chocolate cream. The waitress was lovely and professional. Unique tableware that beautifully complemented the dishes. Excellent selection of local wines. Thank you for this wonderful and memorable experience!

Subtle and original cuisine in a superb setting.

In the historic and unmissable town of Minerve, you can dine at Aux 2 Rivières. Perched on a rocky outcrop at the edge of the village, this restaurant boasts a shaded terrace with panoramic views of the gorges where the two rivers meet at its base, opposite the imposing trebuchet. The welcome is warm and personalized. The lady manages the dining room, the gentleman is the chef, and the two work together beautifully. The cuisine is refined and beautifully presented, featuring local produce, affordable prices, excellent value for money, and a wide selection of Minervois wines. We loved it and will definitely be back.

A magnificent experience in a unique setting! While visiting Minerve, we were captivated by this majestic place that inspires humility. Having stumbled upon the restaurant somewhat by chance, we and our three children received a warm welcome in a setting that could have been more upscale (and we would have understood why, given the excellence of the cuisine and service!). Our hostess was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A huge plus for us. Then came the course... A delightful array of flavors, blending freshness and boldness, in dishes that were truly elevated by their preparation. The exceptional setting of the terrace made this experience truly unique! I won't elaborate further on the culinary aspects, as I'll let you discover the magic for yourselves. A bit like a great movie you don't want to spoil... Finally, congratulations on the culinary introduction and the educational approach to educating children, helping them discover the magic of dishes that are beautiful to look at and delicious to eat, with ever more surprising flavors. What's more, the boys got to visit the kitchen, much to the delight of the eldest, who dreams of becoming a chef. So, a huge congratulations to the whole team.
