I recommend this restaurant without any hesitation. Everything is perfect ! Aperitif, menu at €29 with appetizer, fine, original dishes, a treat for the taste buds, Nicolas and his team are welcoming, pleasant setting. We will come back.

A culinary break in an exceptional setting!!! A welcome and service worthy of this view… On the edge of the abyss... The gourmet, authentic, excellent, vibrant menu filled our eyes and taste buds. Go there with your eyes closed (but a little open, you will be left speechless...)

Visited during low season (March) and arrived late at night by car. The manager was very kind and even parked our car for us as it was a little difficult. Such a warm welcome! The restaurant was superb too. Rooms are simple but the water pressure is surprisingly strong. Didn't expect such a high-quality breakfast too, with home-made bread that they refilled! Thank you for the great stay.

I was absolutely delighted with my experience. From the first bite to the last piece of dessert, every dish was a true delight. Using local, seasonal and high quality products really made all the difference. What really added to the exceptional taste experience was the fact that the team took the time to explain each dish and even recommend wine pairings. This allowed us to better appreciate each flavor and understand the attention to detail in the composition of the dishes. A true immersion in regional cuisine, which made this experience even more memorable!!

La table des troubadours

23/01/2024: Visited during our holiday in Cathar country. Minerve is touristy through and through, but this restaurant still has a very local feel. August is the peak period and we requested a place without having made a reservation. We received an extremely friendly welcome and were given a pleasant table. That was okay because it was cool there. We were immediately seated next to some locals. We would have a nice chat with one of them later in a souvenir shop a little further away. Very tasty food! prepared on a wood fire on the terrace. Plenty of vegetables too. Highly recommended! If it weren't for that time, we would be a regular visitor too! Top! Congratulations to chef and team.
18/11/2023: very pleasant restaurant (setting both simple and refined), copious and very good (and refined) dishes the charming waitress, and the owners of the restaurant let's not talk about it, more than friendly (people we consider for us personally, friends). Thank you Alain and Paola for this pleasant day that we spent with our friends thanks to you. It's sincere. Visited in September FOR lunch.
