08/01/2026: Progress has been made in terms of customer service: smiling and professional staff, hair tied back (I mention this because once a saleswoman had long, loose hair that kept dragging on the food when she bent down to grab something from the display case). Well done on the improvement!

26/10/2025: I stopped by Columbus this morning and was pleasantly surprised by the welcome! 😊 The curly-haired girl was very cheerful and friendly, and the young man was really nice. The service was fast and friendly; it's nice to start the day in such a great atmosphere. ☕✨ I highly recommend Columbus!
