We had the opportunity to dine at L'Adresse twice during our two visits to Vals-les-Bains, and each time we had a wonderful time. The dishes are excellent, well-presented, and inventive, and can be paired with a good wine list. The terrace overlooking the Volane is very pleasant, and we received a warm welcome. We will definitely return on our next visit to Vals-les-Bains.

Fantastic. Dinner here felt like being hosted in the owner’s home. The ambience delightful on the terrace above a small waterway. Service was excellent, warm and gracious. The food was tops. We had the freshest hummus, cold fennel soup with smoked salmon, stuffed guinea foul, and tart almandine. What a delightful experience.

27/08/2025: At the beginning of summer, I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant with my family. The owner was very friendly, and we enjoyed a long chat with her during our visit. The menu looked absolutely delicious. Each dish featured local ingredients. I personally enjoyed a succulent goat cheese and honey salad with seasonal vegetables and goat cheese from a producer near Vals—it was divine. In short, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Vals; it's well worth the trip.

27/04/2026: Béatrix is ​​the village's emblem. No one could pass through without stopping! Simply excellent ;) Only one drawback: the bartender changed between 2025 and 2026, and the iced mojitos drastically declined in quality. The one from the 2025 season was simply incredible, even surpassing some bars!
21/04/2026: Excellent ice cream and lovely setting. Just disappointed that my Tananarive is no longer on the menu 💛
