Mixed experience. We came on a Sunday as a family for lunch while visiting the Christmas market. We ordered the daily special, which was croziflette. Unfortunately, the portions were too small. The adults received the same amount as the children. We left hungry. The children, however, thoroughly enjoyed their meal.

Everything was perfect! The place, the food, and a huge thank you to the waiter who guessed we were there for a birthday and spontaneously brought a candle with dessert. We thought this was a lovely and thoughtful gesture! It's definitely a great place to eat in Annecy 😍

The welcome was warm, the Savoyard specialties delicious, and the restaurant very good. There was no wait to eat inside even in the rain 👍 I highly recommend it

Excellent value for money with a lovely view of the canals. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. A place away from the tourist traps of Annecy.

Good “tartiflette” and the “menu savoyarde”. Good prices and on the riverside.

Au Vizir Cafe

17/09/2026: A lovely little meal; we had the Savoyard meal with crispy Tomme de Savoie cheese, a very good tartiflette (though two or three salad leaves on the plate would have been perfect), and the faisselle with red berries. The waiter was quick, friendly, just perfect! Thank you very much.
08/09/2026: A quiet little place offering quality food, a terrace overlooking the lake, and smiling and helpful staff. The food is good, and the service is fast and efficient. Recommended if you're in this wonderful area and want to eat well.
