Traditional Savoyard cuisine on the banks of the Thiou River in a warm setting. There wasn't much of an atmosphere during our visit, so I can't comment on that.

As customers of Le Bastringue (former owner), we decided out of curiosity to experience the authentic version. We received a very warm welcome, the food was refined and plentiful, and the service was efficient and discreet. I highly recommend this restaurant.

A very good restaurant, serving burgers, quick and easy meals with good cheese and meat.
There are, of course, other typical dishes on the menu, and a dessert menu as well.
Perfect if you want a quick and satisfying meal without spending too much.

Delicious. The food is fresh, plentiful, and served with kindness in a pleasant atmosphere.
However, the cost is a bit high: almost €100 for two (without a starter and just a glass of wine).

A very pleasant experience. The wait was reasonable for a Sunday during the Venetian Carnival. The meal was delicious. The staff were very friendly.

The food was good but not very generous, especially for the price, and the service was really poor – no smiles, and we had to ask for everything ourselves, several times… in short, we understood why there was space left here and not elsewhere…

A pleasant lunch at L'Authentic. The Savoyard burger was very good, quite substantial, and well-prepared. The dining room is attractive, with tasteful decor, and the view of the canal adds a real bonus to the setting. The service was adequate; overall, a good experience.

We were disappointed; the wait was too long. We ordered a bok choy bowl, but it was missing the mango, even though it's mango season. My husband also ordered meat, but there was hardly anything on his plate—just two pieces that were barely visible. The owner didn't even say hello or goodbye; he was watching the Olympics. Great! We won't be going back.
