Good decision. We may not speak much French, but with a translator, a laugh, and the friendly staff, we had a wonderful evening. A good concept combining starters, main courses, and desserts. Everything was delicious. We had a wonderful evening.

07/12/2025: We had lunch here with my husband and two children during a visit to Metz. We received a very warm welcome and the waiters were friendly. The menu was varied, and all the products were sourced from local producers. The ribeye steak was the best I've had in a long time in a restaurant—perfectly cooked. The revisited steak tartare was delicious, and the burgers were generous. The desserts are a real highlight, with many homemade options! The tarte Tatin was delicious, and the little pistachio and raspberry financiers were equally delightful. We highly recommend it!

31/01/2026: We had a very pleasant evening there, but it's not easy to remember everything we ate; it was all very refined and delicate.
26/12/2025: This isn't our first time at this establishment, and once again the dishes are refined, elegant, and sophisticated. We will return again and again.
