Very pleasant stay. Nice hotel. Pretty well located. 10 minutes from the lake (by car). Not always easy to park because there are few spaces. Very classy rooms. Very welcoming, smiling and helpful staff. For the restaurant, I found the dishes a little too simple, basic and a little expensive. The service was a little long at times, but this is probably due to a lack of staff.

What a fantastic place to stay in Annecy! Simple, easily accessible hotel, straight-forward. Everything was great here on my recent stay at the hotel. Nice staff. Really recommend this hotel if you visit Annecy. About 20-30 min walk to the center or buses running every 5-10 mins to center. Enjoy!

Hotel very convenient to reach by car, comfortable room, clean and equipped with everything. The price paid was very honest. They were very kind and allowed us to arrive at 1.00 am and settle the next morning. Others in the area had refused the service, thanks to the availability and excellent welcome.

Difficult hotel to park but the staff of this hotel are at the top, don't change anything, they take great care in serving, in addition with the restaurant where they are always incredible with a simple but good restaurant. Don't change anything, you are wonderful and if we come back to Annecy we will go to your place, thank you for your kindness.

17/12/2024: Great restaurant, we called them to reserve 10 minutes before coming as a fallback because we were refused elsewhere with our dog. We were made very welcome and so was our dog. We were assigned a table at the top, at the back so that we would not be inconvenienced by the passage. We had two reblochonnades: we enjoyed it. The portions are perfect: copious, but not so much that you won't be able to finish. The service was great. The setting is super nice, the decor is very pretty and we also have a great view. In addition, the prices are very reasonable for Annecy.

05/09/2024: Endroit très accueillant,vendeurs efficaces et agréable et pâtisserie très bonne , malgré un peut d'attente celle-ci en vaut le coup ! Je conseille !!
12/08/2024: Good bakery for bread and pastries. On the other hand, the vegetarian sandwiches are shameful and disappointing compared to the quality of the rest. Very small and almost empty sandwiches. For €5.50 you can find much more elaborate and hearty vegetarian sandwiches (eggplant caviar, avocado, homemade sauce, etc.) in other bakeries in the area, and not 3 slices of tomato and dried rocket. The Morgan at €6.20 is exaggerated…
