A bit old-fashioned but very friendly owner, reasonable price

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Annecy. The welcome was particularly outstanding: we were in a difficult situation after forgetting our keys, and the staff demonstrated great professionalism and genuine kindness. The staff were very accommodating and attentive, which greatly helped and reassured us. The hotel is also very well located and pleasant. A big thank you for this warm and personal welcome; we highly recommend this establishment!

I highly recommend it. The welcome was incredibly friendly, the room was spotless, and the breakfast and restaurant were all excellent. If I'm ever in Annecy again, I'll definitely return because, in addition, the location is fantastic.

An excellent hotel with a remarkable welcome, the kind you find less and less these days. The overnight package is a great deal, with a very good restaurant. The wines are of excellent quality. A truly outstanding experience from this establishment.
