No complaints about the food, which was very good, or the view of the Thau lagoon. However, the service staff was disorganized; several servers were taking care of the same table, creating chaos. A bit of a shame.

A must-visit in Balaruc-les-Bains! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients, and the value for money is simply unbeatable.
Special mention to the service team, and especially to Béchir, Said, and the charming Nubia, who are exceptional: a warm welcome, attentive service, and a big smile from the beginning to the end of the meal. You feel right at home. Go without hesitation!

A truly wonderful experience at this restaurant with its incredible view overlooking the pond. The oysters were excellent, as were the shrimp fritters. To finish, a pavlova that was as delicious as it was beautiful. A great find.

Excellent meal with the set menu! The citrus oyster ceviche was amazing, the Roquefort sauce on the mussels was creamy, and the mussels... everything was perfect, even the pistachio crème brûlée to finish off the meal.
P.S.: The staff is very pleasant and friendly. Don't change a thing!
