Very well located, sunny and quiet location. (Seen on the Étang de Thau and Mont Saint Clair in Sète. Pleasant service. Perfect for a drink and/or a treat. Regarding the restoration, I haven't tested it yet.

Very good address in Balaruc, the seafood, shellfish and fish are extremely fresh, the cuisine is very qualitative, the setting extremely pleasant.

We highly recommend this restaurant. The dishes offered are excellent and plentiful. The staff is very friendly and knows how to inform us about the choice of menus. To visit when you come to the region

Linguine with delicious scallops, downside on the profiterole, the hot chocolate advertised is not melted chocolate but a chocolate sauce. Huge disappointment

15/03/2024: Warm welcome, very professional and top-notch catering thanks to a Chef who takes great care of the customers! Thanks also to Geremy, always smiling and helpful! Thanks to Laurent, boss who listens to needs; in addition, hotel close to the thermal center, very practical! We will gladly come back !
15/03/2024: Lovely little hotel, perfect for a five-day spa stopover in Balaruc les Bains. I recommend the exceptional card. We will be back soon. The rooms are comfortable, the staff pleasant, top notch!

Restaurant le Montgolfier

27/11/2023: Very good for the mussel dish on Wednesday evening which is excellent. But the desserts are way too expensive.
16/11/2023: Disappointed. 3/4 of the empty shells and for the other overcooked mussels all shriveled. On the other hand, the sauce is excellent. Fortunately the quantity was there.
