The staff were very friendly, attentive, and offered great advice. Kudos to one of the waiters for his sense of humor. The oysters and Picon beer were excellent as an aperitif! Highly recommended!

31/08/2026: The ice cream with licorice, vanilla, and, more surprisingly, fougasse from Aigues-Mortes, was simply excellent.
23/08/2026: The best ice cream in Balaruc-les-Bains. Very friendly staff. The ice cream shop is very clean. I highly recommend it.
