The meat was of very good quality, but... above all, the team was very welcoming and friendly!

Arriving at Gare de Lyon 40 minutes before our train departed, we decided to grab a quick bite and chose Big Fernand. We highly recommend this place: ordering your meal is very simple using the kiosks, the table service is very fast, the burgers are delicious, and the staff is very welcoming, radiating a zest for life and making you want to stay.

It's a shame they served the coffee at the same time as the burger. As a result, it was cold.

Excellent burgers, the Big Fernand chain doesn't disappoint; they're delicious and perfect before catching a train. Access to restrooms directly in the restaurant would be appreciated, but otherwise, it's great.

I had lunch at this restaurant and everything was fantastic! The food was delicious and high quality, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service was very pleasant, the dishes were prepared very quickly, and everything was spotless! It was absolutely perfect, thank you!

The burger was good, but the fries were way overcooked and so greasy that the finger bowl wasn't enough. The sauces were impossible to open in that condition. There's a lot to say about the rest. We really felt like we were bothering them, even though it was our first visit. The staff were unfriendly and sighed when we ordered at the counter instead of the kiosk. In short, when you've had a long day and you're treated like that, it doesn't exactly make you want to come back.
