Biscotte bon pain & Cie sur Lyon

A good bakery with delicious, fresh products. However, the service is appalling, and you really get the feeling you're bothering them. No friendliness, no service whatsoever, which is a real shame because the prices are attractive and the products are of very good quality! Note that there's nowhere to sit once you're there, but the Place de l'Europe right next door is a perfectly good option!

Bakery in Les Halles. The bread was delicious and reasonably priced. I also bought some "oreillets," very similar to those made in Spain.

This has become my go-to place for breakfast. I recommend this bakery without hesitation!

5 stars for product quality, 1 star for service. You get the feeling you're bothering them: no smiles, staff grumbling in front of customers. It's a shame!

I usually get my bread from Pain-tisserie in Lyon's 6th arrondissement. I admit it's very good, but what really bothers me is that the saleswomen don't use tongs or even gloves for the baguettes! I don't know, but isn't that a matter of hygiene?!? Whether they're taking the money or cleaning with a sponge, they never wash their hands. Sometimes I feel like going somewhere else because I find it completely unacceptable!
