Le Bistrot des Canailles is an excellent restaurant that I highly recommend. The prices are perfectly reasonable given the quality offered, which is increasingly rare these days.
The food is truly delicious: flavorful, well-executed dishes made with high-quality ingredients. You can tell that real care is put into each plate.
The service is also noteworthy: the staff is friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel at ease from the moment you arrive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
Special mention goes to the decor, which is particularly well done. You feel comfortable in a warm and inviting setting.
A wonderful discovery; I will gladly return!

Second visit to Bistro des Canailles and a fantastic dinner. Taste, flavors…everything was perfect. The only slight downside was the wait for the starter, almost an hour…but the complimentary rillettes served as an aperitif helped pass the time.

A friendly, cozy spot. The menu is nice, offering traditional dishes like well-prepared tartares, chicken supremes with morels, stuffed cabbage, and raclette burgers. The lentil soup with bacon and crispy topping is good. Classic desserts (verrines, chocolate fondant, crème brûlée, etc.). A lovely bistro with a relaxed atmosphere.
