A pleasant setting, simply wonderful and very tasty cuisine, and excellent staff.

Good service and value for money

It's okay, but we clearly need to relax about the prices! We're not in Piazza della Signora.

Three visits, and three times the same dish was missing… On top of that, the service was very slow, and we were served after customers who arrived long after us. No carafe of water.

After several visits to this restaurant, I am writing this review with regret. On our last visit, despite few occupied tables, we were served after other customers who arrived after us (a 40-minute wait). A dish I have been requesting for the past three visits was once again unavailable. The same was true for the house's signature soda. Several oversights were also noted (no parmesan offered, no carafe of water or glass for a Coke), which is surprising for an establishment of this caliber. The ambiance and the food remain enjoyable, but the service and consistency no longer live up to the restaurant's reputation. I sincerely hope for improvement.

We highly recommend this Italian restaurant; this was our second visit. The food is always delicious, the staff attentive, and the atmosphere very pleasant! We'll be back soon! 😊

The pizzas and pasta are delicious...it almost feels like you're in Italy

First visit to this restaurant, which was recommended to us. A simple place with a view into the kitchen. A trip to Italy for the taste buds. I've never eaten such good pasta. And the icing on the cake... A fantastic team that takes great care of their customers... Thank you to the whole team. We will definitely be back.

Friendly atmosphere and pleasant location. One small drawback, however: the wait between courses is a bit long.

An extraordinary place. By far the best Italian restaurant I've ever discovered! The atmosphere is warm and friendly, the staff is incredibly attentive while maintaining their contagious good humor. The menu offers a range of Italian flavors that differ from typical Italian restaurants. Absolutely a must-try when visiting Vichy! Thank you to Paolo and his amazing team!
