A fantastic waiter, Maxime Grand Prince, defended us against an intruder. He's adorable, funny, and incredibly efficient. He's brilliant! And the bar in general is amazing!

A lovely café on the edge of the weekly market in Caen. The location is fantastic. The staff were very busy, but everyone was still very attentive and friendly. The prices are in line with the location. It gets quite noisy when it's full, but that's not the café's fault. We'll be back.

It was great, has lots of shade on a hot day, and our server Maxine was amazing… gave us the bill before we asked, was on top of everything and was fast. Amazing service, and great food

We had a wonderful time as a family. We stopped for lunch around 1 p.m. and received a very warm welcome. The food was delicious. Highly recommended.

15/07/2026: A truly excellent place to remember. We came as a family of four. They offer a set menu in the evening, with four or five courses, and original combinations (langoustines/strawberries/peas, for example). It's both beautiful and delicious. They also offer a wine pairing option at a very attractive price. The chef works right in front of you and even serves you, as he's working alone... Amazing! As a result, they only have 10 seats at the moment, but hurry, it's really worth it.

16/07/2026: Excellent vegan restaurant, I especially loved the coconut lemon "cheesecake", light and fresh!
18/04/2026: It starts with a simple and warm welcome in a pleasant setting. Then a thoughtful touch: "That was the last of the wine in the bottle, so I gave you more." Then comes the delicious, simple (without being simplistic) and high-quality cuisine. Even the tap water is good, as is the background music. All for €17 (€5 extra for dessert). You can also eat outside on a historic street in Caen that's not as "cold" as its name might suggest.
