Bistro Régent sur Albi

I love this restaurant and eat very well there! If the owner sees my comment I wanted to know if you are going to reopen the restaurant and if so, approximately when? Because I have to go to Angers soon and I would like to come to your place to eat ;) Thank you in advance for your return.

A good discovery, I liked the concept, impeccable welcome... my usual every time I go to a restaurant, it's to eat good, well-rare meat and I was served, 800g which I bled well …in short, we wanted to go back on Saturday evening but it was closed with the only information “closed until further notice” hoping that it would not be a permanent closure

The concept is good, nice welcome but it's quite expensive for what it is.

The meal was good, we are generally satisfied, the waitress was very smiling and pleasant. During checkout the manager asked us if everything had gone well, we told her yes, just the ice cream in the profiterole (coffee gourmand at €7.50) was so frozen that it surprised us after taking a sip. of hot coffee, she replied curtly that it was Italian ice cream and that's how it was...that the ice cream was poured at the last minute while the profiterole itself was also frozen and the dough very soft... Anyway, it doesn't matter, I'll give up...(why ask the customer if we don't accept criticism) No smile, she answered us in a haughty tone and when I returned to the restaurant thinking that there was an error on my invoice, she sent me away, telling me that she was only doing her job, but it seems to me that the error is human, in fact the invoice was good. Too bad I was warned about the bitter manager (Géraldine) who sends customers upset after going through the checkout. It's a shame because the restaurant is great, it's clean and the rest of the team is very good... I understand better why the team changes all the time in this restaurant with such a manager. What are you waiting for to release it? I was on the verge of asking the boss.... Unacceptable.... I still give 3 stars because the restaurant should not suffer the consequences of such a person. Me who wanted to come back is ruined... I'll wait until she's no longer here.... Good luck to the rest of the team, I imagine the rotten atmosphere there must be, I pity you .... I remind you that it is obligatory to specify if a product is frozen, I also remind you that Italian ice cream ends up melting, it could freeze an eskimo 😭😂😂

The welcome is warm. The staff we dealt with were very accommodating. Thanks to them. However, I did not subscribe to the meal which I found lacking in terms of taste. I ate without much enthusiasm. The salmon tartare was quite good but very little served. The fries weren't amazing. A sauce was missing to accompany the fries. Value for money, I have much better elsewhere.

endroit sympa et spacieux. Ferme tard, c'est hyper pratique car proche du centre. Le tartare était très bon et les frites à volonté !

Repas correct, service agréable même si ils courraient de partout. On est en plein week end de carnaval, peut être y aurait dû avoir un peu plus de renfort car le service n était pas ordonné, on nous a un peu oublié entre les plats.
