Here's one of the only Bistrot Régent restaurants that actually respects the published official hours! ✨⭐️A huge thank you to this outstanding team, including @Céline✨ and @Jade✨, as well as the kitchen staff 🧑‍🍳. 🕘 On Sunday evening, around 9 pm, we tried to book a dinner reservation by phone, announcing our arrival well before the publicly announced closing time of 10:45 pm. Three restaurants in the chain refused our reservation, even though we had planned ahead. Unfortunately, these restaurants decline "last-minute" reservations while still advertising themselves as open until "late." Thankfully, this Bistro Régent in Le Haillan was the only one to actually respect the official hours announced by the chain. Upon our arrival, the staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism, great kindness, and genuine attentiveness to our needs. This human touch contrasts sharply with what we've experienced elsewhere and deserves high praise. The welcome we received was warm, understanding, and highly professional, without any time pressure, which makes all the difference! We hope management will take this feedback into account and recognize the high quality of the overall customer service. We will be back very soon!

Nice restaurant with competent and helpful staff. As for the food, the steak tartare was very average, under-seasoned (no egg or herbs to mix yourself). Furthermore, the meat was ground too finely and resembled paste... not appealing. The fries weren't homemade, which was a disappointment. The salmon tartare was decent but not very generous.

A serious lack of staff organization. The products are consistent with those at other locations (brand guidelines).

The concept is nice, but the lighting is very harsh. The portions aren't very generous, but the unlimited fries are a plus. The desserts aren't homemade and are overpriced; it's a rip-off. They're €8 or even €9 more expensive than a starter. The wines are outrageous: €6 for a small, barely filled glass. Most customers are drinking plain water. Five stars for Patrick, the waiter, who is always lovely and attentive to his customers. Overall, it's alright.

We ended up going there several times during our trip, was great and the service was very good

Nice restaurant, but the meat was a bit tough. But I'll go back at least once to see 🙂
