The staff were incredibly kind, funny, attentive, and passionate. This combination made for a very pleasant welcome and meal, from the delicious food to the staff's jokes. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent restaurant. Good meat, cooked perfectly. The fries are superb! So yes, to address other comments, you have to be okay with the sharing concept, meaning all the meats are served on one plate and everyone takes their own; the fries and salad are served in a bowl and everyone takes their own portion, etc. But honestly, it's very good and the service is very friendly. You'll have a great time, that's for sure! See you soon!

A great option for lunch, good meat and good desserts. The service is fast and very friendly; they also speak Spanish without any problem.

Too expensive for a portion size divided by the number of customers... The menu should at least offer a starter or dessert. And at that price, the fries should be homemade... There's room for improvement, if the owner is willing... Happy holidays anyway to all the friendly and attentive staff.

I recently came to celebrate a friend's birthday (on a Sunday evening). I discovered tasty, hearty, and simple cuisine. Good service and a very warm welcome.

Restaurant with an outdoor terrace and a spacious indoor area. The service was very friendly at all times, even with the language barrier. We asked for a table for two for lunch, and they prepared it for us in no time. They have a €15.90 set menu that includes several different fixed dishes, plus a salad with their own dressing and homemade fries. We ordered two different set menus (grilled duck with sauce and a hamburger). Both were very good. The duck with its sauce was flavorful, and the hamburger was very tender. They served us salad and a huge portion of fries on the side. I definitely recommend this place for its quality/price ratio.

Not disappointed, as usual for this restaurant, whether in Tarbes or Bordeaux. It's a place where I always enjoy myself, with welcoming staff and excellent service. I recommend it.

Very warm welcome! The service was pleasant from the beginning to the end of the meal. We enjoyed the different dishes chosen: rib-eye steak, duck breast, pieces of beef, not forgetting the beef tartare... everything was excellent. The waiters are very friendly. On my birthday I even had the right to a little fireworks display 🤣! I would return to eat at Bistrot Le Régent without hesitation!
