I've been to Brasserie des Halles in Tarbes several times now, and the quality is always excellent. Very affordable prices, a daily special, a simple menu featuring locally sourced products, simple yet effective cuisine, and above all, a warm, friendly welcome, always with a smile. It has everything that makes a bistro charming: regulars, passersby, and a wonderfully convivial atmosphere where everyone mingles naturally. You feel right at home every time you visit. The setting is pleasant and full of charm, reflecting the team that works there. A reliable place that I recommend without hesitation. Note: Reservations are recommended.
