At the first restaurant in the chain, they seated us without a reservation and then ignored us for over 20 minutes, without taking our order or bringing us drinks, instead serving customers who arrived after us first. At this second restaurant, less than 5 km from the first, however, the experience was the opposite: we ordered within 5 minutes, and our food was on the table within 15. The staff were young, polite, and attentive, the service was quick, and there was convenient private parking next to the restaurant. Excellent experience.

Pleasant dining room, nice terrace. It's Bistro Régent, so the menu is the same as everywhere else in the chain. The complimentary champagne on weekdays was a nice touch; all in all, a lovely meal with champagne for a very reasonable price. The service was friendly and efficient, no complaints.

We celebrated my husband's birthday; there were 24 of us. The entire bistro team went above and beyond to make it a truly memorable occasion. We received a very warm welcome, and Mathieu was incredibly patient taking our orders, especially with the children… we were all served at the same time, which, given the number of us, was quite a feat. The meal was very good, exactly what you'd expect from Bistro Régent. At dessert, all the servers came out to sing "Happy Birthday." I highly recommend it for a lovely evening out at reasonable prices. Thank you to Andrea and her entire team for a wonderful time.
