Despite arriving late (10:15 pm), I received a pleasant welcome, and the waiter was attentive and very friendly. The service was quick, efficient, and the food was exactly as expected. Excellent value for money; I recommend it.

I've had lunch at this restaurant in other cities, so I went in confidently without checking the overall rating for this bistro in Tarbes. I was very disappointed with the entire experience:
There were pigeons on the tables, and nothing was done to prevent them from flying around; the steak I ordered medium-rare was overcooked; the fries were very dry and probably reheated; the salad was wilted; and the crème brûlée had large sugar crystals. I won't be back.

No surprises... always the same dishes everywhere in France... the only difference in Tarbes, apart from eating in the city center... very pleasant, it's a welcome change from the bland shopping centers. You have to share the space with pigeons that come to eat at your table throughout your meal... it's very unpleasant, even unhygienic... and as always, a very expensive coffee... a magnificent under-table sign with a QR code that says "Eating can pay off big"... for whom? ... the answer is the owners, since it's impossible to scan the QR code... with the pigeons, it's a complete disaster...

I had a fantastic time at Bistrot Régent! The service was truly excellent: quick, efficient, and above all, very pleasant. As a bonus, the waiter was cute and very kind, which made the experience even more enjoyable 😊 I highly recommend it!
