It's a shame they don't offer wine by the carafe, as the bottles are rather expensive.

The best "Pizz'apero" in the region, and what's more, accompanied by Rosa's warm and friendly service, a real treat. Thank you Rosa and thank you to the chef for these delicious pizzas!

Good coffee and good service. Good price. It's nice to have a drink on the terrace; the seats are comfortable.

The girl who served us speaks perfect Spanish, which helped us choose our meals. The portions are generous, so keep that in mind. It's located just steps from the hotel.

Excellent meal; I had the set menu for €19, which included a starter, main course, and dessert. It was very well cooked and very generous portions. The waitress was very friendly and pleasant.

An excellent restaurant in Tarbes! It's truly beautiful, tastefully decorated, with a warm atmosphere that immediately makes you want to settle in and enjoy the moment. As for the food, the quality is clearly there: excellent, fresh, and high-quality ingredients, homemade dishes, and a great deal of expertise. And a special mention for the pizzas: they are simply excellent! Perfect dough, top-quality ingredients, generous and full of flavor… For us, they are simply the best pizzas in Tarbes!

Bistro Régent Tarbes

04/10/2026: A huge congratulations to the head chef, whose hard work truly shines through in every dish. It was also lovely to see him come into the dining room and ask us directly if everything was alright: a thoughtful touch that makes all the difference. Special mention goes to the young, dark-haired waiter, who was simply extraordinary: smiling, energetic, and professional. This new direction really makes us want to come back! The only slight drawback: the establishment could use a little updating to fully reflect this new energy. With that, it would be perfect!
01/10/2026: A very pleasant surprise at Bistro Régent! 👏 I especially want to congratulate the new young manager on taking over the establishment. After a bad experience previously with salmon that made us sick, my partner and I decided to give it another try. And what a difference! The freshness was definitely back, the salmon was impeccable, the sauce perfectly balanced, and the dishes served piping hot. Special mention also goes to the fries, which were absolutely divinely cooked! 🍟 It's truly a pleasure to find quality cuisine and well-executed dishes again. Congratulations to the new manager and the team, we will gladly return! 👏
