A great cinema with a demanding program that evolves over the years. A little out of the way, but it helps avoid the crowds. One small drawback: the old-fashioned seating arrangement, where the head in front might stick out a bit 😉. Nice café (and if it's full, the bar next door is also very good 🙂).

Simply the best cinemas in Lyon without the popcorn-munching crowd! A true cinephile's spirit, so it's perfect. Very reasonable prices, especially with the 6-film pass.

Get a subscription if you can. "The children are doing well." A very good film. You can have a drink or a bite to eat before seeing a film, but it's up to you to find somewhere to sit, and that's for the same price...

I've been a regular at the Comoedia cinema for about fifteen years. I'm never disappointed by the varied and consistently high-quality program. Congratulations to the entire team at this fantastic cinema, and especially to the people who greet us with a smile throughout the day!

31/12/2025: A very good meal, a warm and elegant atmosphere. However, charging us €2 for a takeaway dessert that we couldn't eat in is simply unacceptable... what a lack of business sense!
30/12/2025: The food was decent, but given its online reputation, one expects more. The service was cold and unresponsive to requests. No reason to return.

13/12/2025: Perfect! A historic address where the cuisine is carefully prepared with good, fresh ingredients, the portions are generous, and the value for money is excellent. The waiters and waitresses are attentive, very professional, and truly passionate. We'll be back! 🤩
12/12/2025: I wanted to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this lovely brasserie, and I was treated to a calf's liver cooked to a perfect pink, a rare treat worth mentioning. The lemon tart was also only slightly sweet; again, it's rare to find this type of cake prepared with such precision. The service was pleasant, with a smile that was neither too quick nor too slow. A wonderful evening, exceeding my expectations. I'll definitely be back.
