Good restaurant. Please note, however, that the establishment did not honor one of our reservations on the pretext that we were 3 minutes late. We therefore advise customers wishing to benefit from the services of this place to be punctual with reservation times in the event of low attendance.

We had a great time last night. Well presented and very good dish. The prices are very correct. We recommend. Point to improve: the display in front which does not display all the seasonal dishes (salad for example)

I ordered the steak with the balsamic reduction with risotto which was quite good. We got the charcuterie board as an appetizer which I recommend. The waiters speak a little English but Google translate helped. We waited a long time in between the appetizer and our entrees. Tables that came later than us seemed to be served much quicker. My mom thought the Caesar salad was bland and my dad didn’t like his pizza much it was the one with cheese and olives.

The setting is great as are the products on the plate. Beautiful address

We went to Brasserie République twice. In March 2023 and May 2024. We had a great time each time. The setting is pleasant and the atmosphere differs depending on whether you are on the street side or further back. The 2 spaces are warm and in the brasserie spirit. We enjoyed ourselves every time! The vegetables were always well cooked - and for me it is a guarantee of quality to make the vegetables tasty, and to have quite a few on the menu. There is a choice of starters, main courses, burgers or pizzas, and the menu is regularly updated. The service was always pleasant and with a smile. I won't hesitate to come back! :)

While passing through the city of Dijon, we came across this brasserie by chance and we were not disappointed! Top-notch cuisine, fast and efficient service. Very good quality price. Go there with your eyes closed!
