I've been coming regularly to the Bistrot des Halles for several months now, and I'm always charmed by the quality of the daily specials. The team is incredibly friendly, always smiling and attentive, which makes each visit even more enjoyable. The food is fresh, homemade, and full of flavor—you can feel the love for quality produce in every plate. The setting is simply sublime, with thoughtful decor and a delightful terrace to enjoy on sunny days. A must-visit for lovers of good food and a beautiful atmosphere. Passing through Pau, we had lunch there after booking and we really enjoyed ourselves. It's a good place to eat well, simple but good, generous, fresh produce, and not too expensive. Go there with your eyes closed 😉
