Beautiful hotel, perfect location for exploring the city on foot. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The park-facing rooms are lovely and spacious with a terrace; be aware that the frogs' calls are quite impressive. High-quality linens, excellent bedding, a wide selection at breakfast with good quality products, and eggs cooked to order. The spa in the basement could be a little warmer, but it's pleasant with a hammam, sauna, and pool. Excellent treatments were provided. We were very satisfied with our stay.

My stay was satisfactory thanks to the professionalism of the staff, but the prices charged are a bit expensive...

Magnificent hotel, very well located. The room was superb, as was the breakfast. The staff is impeccable. The only slight drawback is that the pool temperature isn't very warm (24-25°C), while the jacuzzi is 30°C. That's a shame for a spa.

We stayed at this hotel as a couple. The welcome was very professional, and the staff were very attentive to guests' well-being and highly professional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There's also a fitness area and a very pleasant spa and relaxation area. The breakfast offers a wide variety of sweet and savory options, with many homemade products. I highly recommend this hotel. It has a great location near the city center.

Clearly a very comfortable hotel but one that seems to lack a personality and appears to be struggling a little. Litter in the car park and no where to park outside the Hotel did not help create a good impression. Whilst charging for secure parking was fair enough, 20 Euros each to use the pool per day seemed inappropriate and looked mean. Breakfast was ok but the croissant were inedible, and the omelette pre- cooked and looked like it had been hanging around on a hot plate, so really nothing special for 26 Euros each. We loved Pau but probably won’t come back to this hotel again .

Quality and service just the way we like it

I recommend this hotel 100%. Both the food and the hotel services were perfect, and the spa was a real bonus – nothing to complain about. I will definitely return.

A location offering stunning views of the beautiful Pyrenees Mountains and surrounding park. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with perfectly firm beds! The shower booth and bathtub are also large and have excellent water pressure! The service is great, making for a very pleasant hotel!

Was at the hotel for 4 nights and the hotel is a great place to stay with fantastic rooms and all amenities available to the guest. The has a great pool area along with steam room and sauna. The outlook from my room was fantastic onto the park. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I look forward to coming to stay again should the opportunity arise.
