Royal Lounge sur Pau

I recommend this hotel 100%. Both the food and the hotel services were perfect, and the spa was a real bonus – nothing to complain about. I will definitely return.

A location offering stunning views of the beautiful Pyrenees Mountains and surrounding park. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with perfectly firm beds! The shower booth and bathtub are also large and have excellent water pressure! The service is great, making for a very pleasant hotel!

Was at the hotel for 4 nights and the hotel is a great place to stay with fantastic rooms and all amenities available to the guest. The has a great pool area along with steam room and sauna. The outlook from my room was fantastic onto the park. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I look forward to coming to stay again should the opportunity arise.

Well located, close to the historic center, contemporary architecture, quality rooms with excellent bathrooms, top-notch bedding, espresso machine, some rooms overlook a wooded park or, on the higher floors, the Pyrenees. P.S. On Top 14 match days, you might even run into rugby players there to play against Section Paloise. This will be my third stay in March 2026. The staff, both at reception (in person or on the phone for information), and in the bar and restaurant, provide excellent service. It's a hotel we're happy to return to.

Clean and well located. But not sure it is at par with other 5 stars in France or elsewhere. My room was small and the bathroom shower was inside a bathtub with only one head that doesn't stay at the top. Kind of dangerous to walk in and out of the shower.

This hotel encompasses all the best aspects of Pau and the finest French experience. The staff are very knowledgeable, professional, kind and intentional! They take pride in what they do, and make amazing recommendations. The facility is modern and elegant, and the food challenges top tier restaurants. Hats off to the chef! I didn’t know what to expect, and from staying all over the world, to say I was just pleasantly surprised would be a vast understatement! Don’t change anything! Continue to be amazing

Quiet room, ultra-comfortable bed, spotless 15m pool heated to 31 degrees, everything is very clean in the spa, the "bistro" restaurant serves until 11pm, excellent breakfast buffet.

Superb establishment. It deserves its 5 stars. Don't hesitate. It's worth it.
