3 amouse bouche, 5 course, i pre dessert, 4 petit fours.l hit the spot with perfection with all but one. The passion fruit souffle was stunning. Pigeon was extra good with bastilla. Just a gorgeous meal. A strong shout out to the Albanian somm who was excellent. Matched wines by glass with food - glorious. Deservesacclaim. Certainly deserves no brickbats. Expensive but still value for € in the world of haute cuisine. A great experience and as good as it gets

Excellent food, impeccable service, and a wonderful wine list. The breads and butters are delicious too. In short, a great traditional French restaurant that lives up to its reputation, regardless of the red guide's opinion. Mr. Georges Blanc comes to greet his guests and takes the time to take autographs and photos. An exceptional moment.

I went there for my 40th birthday. Top service, wonderful and courteous welcome (very professional). I felt comfortable and welcome from my first step in the reception! The meal and night were truly magical. The only small downside was the welcome card in the room which didn't have the right name 🫣 then in the rush they spelled it wrong but this remains a detail

An exceptional meal at Georges Blanc's Michelin-starred restaurant. Remarkable in every way: the welcome, the service, and above all, the extremely balanced and precise flavors of all the dishes served throughout the extensive menu. Remarkable quality products, incredibly precise cooking, and consistently harmonious flavor combinations—in short, we had a sublime culinary experience. As someone who's used to Michelin-starred restaurants, this is one of the very best we've ever tried, and the loss of the third star is all the more incomprehensible. To the entire staff, I can only express my gratitude for this wonderful experience and congratulate them as a whole. From the welcome at the hotel and restaurant to the service, the cuisine, and the staff in the adjoining boutiques, everyone is attentive, warm, and dedicated to ensuring the customer has an unforgettable experience. Thank you to Georges Blanc for achieving such a high level of service at the Blanc Village, and thank you to his wife Sara, who supports him in maintaining this quality.

21/01/2025: Magnificent menu, high quality products and iconic chef
24/12/2024: A slightly disappointing 3* dinner, let me explain... As a preamble, I never give an opinion on this type of restaurant as the design of the menus, flavors and textures is complex and the rendering is unique to each person, but here I think it deserves that I take up my pen... Aperitif: my partner orders a fruity wine, we bring her a Jurançon closer to muscat than the chamber of love mentioned to the sommelier, we don't offer her to taste it beforehand, and no alternative offer... and this will be the case throughout the meal as part of a food and wine pairing for 250 euros... I don't find this worthy of a three-star hotel which has the most beautiful wine list in France... The meal itself: beautiful presentations, however I find that the taste of the main element announced (pigeon or crab for example) is lost in a mixture of flavors and textures that is too complex if we add to that a wine that I haven't always found suited to the food, it's a bit disappointing. In terms of the different dishes: a vegetable roll with obviously a salt error (I tasted my partner's being surprised by the way too salty taste of mine, there was clearly a cooking bug), the error is- Is it excusable in a 3* with a menu at 380 euros...? That's another debate... To end up disappointed with the last dish, the venison and the mash that accompanied it were grainy and not pleasant on the tongue. In a food and wine pairing, cheese (an institution in France) should be brought automatically... this is not the case and offered half-heartedly... ("would you like to complete your meal". .. kesako ???) The predesserts and desserts are on the other hand plentiful, for my part I am not a sweet tooth, so I would have preferred a little more extensive dishes to finish with a more subtle sweet touch, even with the help of my partner we did not have not finished the desserts which we ended up finding disgusting, but it's only a question of taste... Special mention to the baker with exceptionally good bread!
