The setting and staff are worthy of the establishment, the welcome and service are impeccable, and there's a succession of original and delicious surprises, from the amuse-bouches to the dessert and petits fours. I was a little disappointed by the Bresse chicken, a large hen which, despite the various variations, lacked the finesse expected in a fine dining restaurant, and the other house specialty, the Vonnassienne crêpe, didn't offer the lightness I'd hoped for. My next visit will be an opportunity to try other dishes on the menu… The wine list is exceptional, and the sommelier's expert advice helps in selecting from among renowned vintages.

We had an extraordinary experience as a family! The welcome was remarkable, the service exceptionally elegant, and a huge thank you to the entire team, especially Louis and Gaylord, as well as the sommelier who has outstanding customer service skills. As for the meal, what can I say... everything was perfect, from the amuse-bouches to the desserts. Thank you to Executive Chef Florent Maréchau and his kitchen team for their research and the precision of the flavors, the delicacy, the tastes, and the combinations—absolutely everything was divine!
