Wonderful evening! As always, it's such a pleasure to spend time at Georges Blanc: the cuisine is perfect, the spa is relaxing, and the 5-star hotel is ideal for resting in a beautifully decorated and equipped junior suite.

Quite disappointed with the experience. Some elements of the dishes were very good (the tartlet), as were the trout and John Dory. But the dishes themselves didn't offer much. The Vonassian crêpes were uninteresting. I hated the chicken liver. The chicken was barely warm. Some plates arrived cold, despite being supposed to be hot. The raspberry dessert came with ice cream that was far too cold, ruining everything and leaving a bad taste in the mouth. The welcome was very pleasant, and the wine cellar was fantastic, with superb bottles at reasonable prices, if you can call it that.

A superb setting to relax and enjoy the spa, complemented by an exceptional dinner.

We warmly thank Chef Georges Blanc for his gracious welcome in this extraordinary setting, as well as for the autographed card, which remains a priceless memento. The excellence of the service, combined with the finesse and sumptuousness of the dishes, orchestrated a veritable gastronomic journey between land and sea.
