Very beautiful inn, very well decorated. Delay in service but the servers are all very friendly. No disabled parking space in front....too bad.

This is the 4th time we've come, it's always absolutely perfect. The welcome is friendly, special mention for the valet who has worked with you for 22 years :-), the gourmet meal is sublime and the little note from Mr. Georges BLANC at each table is an added pleasure.

Hello, we are a little disappointed on 2 points, it is impossible to reserve a fine tart on our arrival for the next day without explanation, the apples are dough, in short, the toilet paper has 1 side for a 5 star, at lunch, great lady on the phone, we were 2 couples at lunch we ordered 2 cappuccinos, I was told to go get it and press the 2nd button I have no problem with that, given the number of people, the service could have been do that's why everything else was very good, have a good evening, Claudy

Small water infiltration in the bedroom and bathroom. Why change the bath towels when they are not on the floor as noted on the leaflet in the bathroom for an eco-responsible purpose? Very pleasant stay, but the painting and masonry finishes of the room should be reviewed because it is not very qualitative.

IDYLLIC AND IDEAL PLACE, TIME STOPS AND THE MAGIC OF GEORGES BLANC WORKS. THE MEAL IS MAGISTRAL AND THE FLAVORS DO THEIR WORK IN RICOCHETS;;; I STRONGLY ADVISE IT. La Terrasse des Etangs

06/04/2024: We discovered the Château d'Epeyssoles thanks to a Smartbox given as a Christmas gift. The site is magnificent, the rooms very luxurious, the quality bedding, a dream stay surrounded by nature. This is why we were surprised by the lack of professionalism of the restaurant staff: the terraces of the pond. The waitress was unable to give us information between the different vintages of Juliénas, telling us that she knew nothing about wine. We were disappointed by the starter: the lobster mimosa, because we didn't find the taste of lobster but the mayonnaise was too present and very difficult to digest. I had to go out and breathe some fresh air before continuing with my meal. The presentation of the chicken was really simple, and the sweetbreads could have been more tender. Fortunately the desserts were excellent: the soufflé and the chocolate tart were excellent. The breakfast buffet is OK, but there are no scrambled eggs, the pastries are very ordinary. When we left, the receptionist charged us 55 euros too much, it was a rate error between the reservation email and their billing software. We ordered a bottle of champagne and some sweets to celebrate our wedding anniversary, but the sweets were 2 pieces of chocolate bars with hazelnuts. Bad luck, I don't like chocolate. In short, an idyllic place to recharge your batteries, but for the restaurant, it is better to go to the village of Vonnas to Mr Blanc. To organize a wedding or a family celebration the site is ideal with the hotel on site.
06/02/2024: Very beautiful place at the edge of the pond. Refined cuisine, impeccable welcome and service.
