The welcome and staff were incredibly attentive. An extraordinary and exceptional meal was in store for us… and it certainly lived up to expectations in terms of the exquisite and succulent dishes. The atmosphere was unfortunately spoiled by some inconsiderate customers (speaking very loudly, using very colorful, vulgar, and inappropriate language in a 3-star restaurant). We had difficulty hearing the sommelier's explanations about the wines we had chosen. This atmosphere ruined the meal we had been looking forward to since Christmas. The sommelier did try to speak to these inconsiderate people… but to no avail… it was even worse afterward. The staff apologized for the inconvenience, but our evening was ruined. It's a real shame, considering our hopes and the effort we put into it.

One of the best gourmet restaurants in the world. The ultimate in French gastronomy 😃 Easily accessible via the A40 motorway, then a 10-minute drive through the countryside on small roads. Vonnas is a very beautiful village. The Georges Blanc estate is vast and lush: 3 restaurants, a hotel, a spa, vineyards, a lake, a swimming pool... Exceptional! A warm welcome, an autograph, and a message from Georges Blanc—what a kind and exceptional man! 😍🥰 A truly exceptional menu. And the wine list with over 100,000 references—I've never seen anything like it! An incredibly competent sommelier with sublime wines 😍🥰 This 4.5-hour experience was a journey beyond reality and will remain etched in our palates, our hearts, and our memories forever 🤩 Thank you, Georges Blanc, we love you 😘 Michelin seems unfair and opaque in its ratings, in my opinion! You absolutely deserve your three stars *** We will be back 😃

The setting and staff are worthy of the establishment, the welcome and service are impeccable, and there's a succession of original and delicious surprises, from the amuse-bouches to the dessert and petits fours. I was a little disappointed by the Bresse chicken, a large hen which, despite the various variations, lacked the finesse expected in a fine dining restaurant, and the other house specialty, the Vonnassienne crêpe, didn't offer the lightness I'd hoped for. My next visit will be an opportunity to try other dishes on the menu… The wine list is exceptional, and the sommelier's expert advice helps in selecting from among renowned vintages.

The meal was delicious. The staff were exceptionally kind and discreet. Thank you to my dear sister for this unforgettable gift. A Bresse native, happy to be back in her hometown for the day.
