One of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. I came to stay in this superb establishment; the food and service were excellent, the charm of the village was there, and I was lucky enough to meet Mr. Blanc who took the time to come and see us and take a picture with us.

The inn is a magnificent place, the food is exceptional, the staff very friendly, and Mr. Blanc came to greet us very warmly. Everything was perfect.

One of the best gastronomic experiences we've had. The meal, the service, the wines—everything was perfect! We booked the meal with accommodation and access to the spa. The village is so large and beautiful that it's highly recommended to do the same. We'll be back :)

A memory from another era: Georges Blanc was the first Michelin-starred restaurant where I had the pleasure of dining. It was a time when I was counting every penny, and I've never regretted breaking the bank to dine in this temple of gastronomy. It was there, in that exceptional establishment where superlatives abound, that I ate the best dish of my life: the extraordinary salmon and caviar Parmentier crêpes. A memory that still haunts me for all the right reasons! A huge thank you for this truly wonderful experience.

Excellent food in a very pretty setting.

Georges Blanc… These places are always a bit too stuffy for me. Sometimes the attitude seems the complete opposite of the generosity of the cuisine: a restrained, sophisticated, almost ceremonial posture. The same goes for the staff, who sometimes veer towards the austere version of the professional waiter: discreet, precise… and a veritable reciter of ingredients—and goodness knows they have a lot! 😅 Because the cuisine itself is anything but restrained. It's generous, very generous, almost too much so. Seven courses, wine pairing… and you're practically indigestion, everything is so copious, rich, meticulously crafted, and magnificent. And yet, it's impossible to stop eating. Each dish makes you want to finish it. The pear medley, in particular, was a true work of art. 🍐 And the blue lobster still leaves me with a fantastic memory. 🦞 I found myself calling the waiter back with almost every course to ask for more details, because I wanted to understand, to know, to revisit an ingredient or a combination… I probably wore them out a bit! 😅 It's as if a customer's interest sometimes ends the moment you finish listing the ingredients. And then there was the sommelier. Fascinating. Her stories about land, grape varieties, vineyards, and terroirs were a true journey. And what a talent for pairings! 🎵 A truly exceptional composer, who knew how to create harmony between the glass and the plate. And then there was Monsieur Blanc… A wonderful person, in addition to being immensely talented. He came to greet us and, for our wedding, had even prepared a special tile with a dedication for the occasion. A thoughtful gesture that will stay with us. So yes, the setting and the etiquette might be a little too formal for me. But behind it all, there's incredibly generous cuisine, true mastery, and thoughtful touches that truly touch the soul. Don't change a thing about the food. ❤️ And the servers… relax a little! 😅❤️
