A superb setting to relax and enjoy the spa, complemented by an exceptional dinner.
Thank you to Mr. Blanc for his warm welcome at the restaurant and his kind note on the menu.
The service was discreet and of high quality. A big thank you also to Louis for his wine recommendations, which perfectly complemented our meals.

On the occasion of our father's seventieth birthday, your establishment offered us a truly exceptional gastronomic experience. We warmly thank Chef Georges Blanc for his gracious welcome in this extraordinary setting, as well as for the autographed card, which remains a priceless memento. The excellence of the service, combined with the finesse and sumptuousness of the dishes, orchestrated a veritable gastronomic journey between land and sea. A heartfelt thank you for the special attention given to the dessert, not to mention the kindness of our interactions. We left with a feeling of utter delight. I stayed overnight and used the gourmet restaurant.
It was uniquely decorated to resemble a small village, and the guest room was shockingly spacious and clean. The bathroom and shower room were as large as a standard living room. The breakfast was also plentiful.
The restaurant lived up to its reputation; the atmosphere and service were excellent, and the food was delicious.
However, if you are a wine enthusiast, it is not quite the best place to go for wine.

Restaurant in the style of the White Empire restaurants. Positive aspects: cozy atmosphere, beautiful view, professional and relaxed service. Negative point: white fabric tablecloths covered with paper tablecloths!!! For this type of restaurant, this is unacceptable. The foie gras meal was very good, and the other dishes were excellent, except for the signature dish, chicken in cream sauce: a small piece of white meat with a black, meatless chicken wing, a little cream, and tiny Vonnassian pancakes (3!!!!!) so thin they had no taste whatsoever. Very disappointing.

The decor is unique; you really feel like you've stepped back in time.
A very good restaurant, with a wide selection and fresh ingredients. Absolutely nothing to complain about.
I recommend it if you're in the area.
Sorry, I was so hungry I ate the Bresse chicken with morel sauce before taking the picture 😅😅😅 sorry.
