Great restaurant in the centre of Saint-Gervais, the food is very good for a reasonable price, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed, I recommend it.

It was flawless. Everything was perfect.
The welcome, the selection, the service, the prices.
The selection is vast, the portions generous, and the cuisine is expertly prepared. The service is very professional and efficient. The wine list offers something for everyone at affordable prices.
The desserts are excellent!

I love eating at Bistrotsérac; the staff is always friendly, and the food is simple but incredibly well-prepared with a variety of toppings—we love it!
As for dessert, it's impossible to resist; it's an explosive end to the meal for the taste buds.

Fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly from the moment we booked until the end of our meal. The dishes (non-vegetarian) were delicious and high quality. We had a wonderful time on the terrace with our three teenagers to end our week-long holiday. Thank you!

The service was quite slow, even though we arrived on time.
The waitstaff were friendly.
The food was good, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients.
However, we were very disappointed with the owner who, after a stiff welcome in the dining room when we took our order, didn't even greet us when we returned to the catering area.
While there is certainly more demand than supply for restaurants in St. Gervais, customers should be treated equally whether they are dining in or ordering from the catering service.
