The meal was excellent. It had been a long time since I'd enjoyed a meal so much. And the service was great! It's my new favorite place in Chamonix.

I returned to this restaurant after five years, honestly with some emotions knowing that it will almost never be the same again. After the first visit to this restaurant I told myself that I would definitely return. Fascinatingly, I found the same energy of the staff. Young people whose smile never fades. I felt like I was in a family that you see again after years. The exceptional cuisine, these people really work wonders. The only "sadness" was that the restaurant at some point closed. Thank you to those young people who made me not regret coming back. Never when I pass through Chamonix Mont Blanc will I hesitate to return to you. Congratulations to the owner who knows what she is doing. Thank you Bizes, thank you to the Bizes team.

Very cozy place, good comforting BBQ/grilled food, the menu has a twist and a nice originality compared to all other Chamonix places with similar menu's. Service was impeccable, everyone was welcoming :)

Best restaurant in Chamonix, service is fantastic super accommodating, the chestnut soup, braised pork, lamb shank and goat cheese Creme brute absolute must!

We went here on Christmas eve and were so glad we did, it was the best restaurant in Chamonix we had! Everything was so full of flavours and juicy from the bbq (we had smoked prawns, swordfish and steak - all cooked into perfection, super nice deserts as well), staff was absolutely lovely and the place super cozy and great atmosphere!

First class food and service. We went with our 3 teenagers and everyone loved every morsel. The moment you step in the door the staff are so welcoming- it was particularly nice to be asked for our feedback by the chef. For my husband who is gluten free, this restaurant is such a treat- to be able to have everything on the menu was such a luxury. We have been to Chamonix many things and our only regret is that we haven’t tried Bizes before now. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic restaurant was a stone’s throw away from our hotel. It was rated really high and it did not disappoint in fact it surpassed our expectations. Everything is fresh and handmade from the pork to the swordfish to the side salads and it tastes exquisite. The desserts are also to die for , beautiful setting by the river , wonderful friendly staff ended up having a long chat after dinner on our first day. Also a special mention to the playlist which is top notch, just as the restaurant

This was our second time in Chamonix in the past two years, and by far this is our favorite restaurant. We originally found it searching for steak, but were blown away by one flavor bomb after another.
The vibe is cute and edgy, with the river flowing in the back and a cheerful, welcoming staff.
The house-made bread with tomato pesto was absolutely delicious.
The cauliflower appetizer could have been my entire meal — so complex and rich with flavors and textures that I studied the menu afterward to dissect the ingredient list. (something I’ve never done before!).
My boyfriend’s pork came with a BBQ sauce layered with a potent flavor I couldn’t name — maybe almond butter?
The stuffed mushroom lived up to its name — stuffed me with pleasure!
On our second visit, I ordered the chicken curry, thinking, “How good can a curry be?” Another banger. Somehow they managed to elevate chicken curry to new heights.
I kept sneaking glances at the chefs working in the tiny kitchen — true artists. I wanted to ask them, “WHAT is going on in there?!” Throw me a bone! Just one!
This is one of my favorite restaurants of all time, ranking alongside the few Michelin-starred meals I’ve had.
The waitresses were sweet and attentive, and we even had a lovely chat with a fellow climber seated next to us — one of those evenings where you leave blissful and nourished. In fact we felt so grateful, my darling boyfriend paid for the man’s meal we sat next to on the way out.
Well done, Bizes. Please continue!
