Great vibe, delicious food! We celebrated finishing the TMB here and couldn’t have been happier with the experience! Walked in and got a table for two right next to the water inside. Cool views and great service!

Absolutely stunning. The service was excellent, and the food blew our minds. We had the octopus and the prawns, as well as the burrata and corn ribs. Would highly recommend for anyone in the area.

A fantastic restaurant. We had a great meal there on our first night in Chamonix. 30 of us and the service was fantastic. On our last night in town, we ran into the owner Santa outside her restaurant. She remembered us and could not have been nicer. Highly recommended when you visit Chamonix

We were absolutely blown away by Bizes' cuisine, especially the starters, the fennel, and the burrata. Each dish showcased an incredible balance of flavors, textures, and temperatures… the combinations were amazing, delivering a gustatory revolution I'd only experienced before at Michelin-starred restaurants! Except here, it's for just a few dozen euros, with a much more relaxed atmosphere (the Red Hot Chili Peppers or The Mamas and the Papas playing in the background ✨), which I personally find much more appealing. Thank you to the kitchen for their tremendous creative work; we had a truly memorable evening.

From appetizer to dessert, this restaurant is sensational. You won't regret it; the presentation is excellent, the portions are generous, and while it's a little more expensive than the partridges, you won't feel sick.

Superb meal after a nearby hike. It’s tucked away from the main tourist strip, which made it feel like a hidden gem. The burrata dish was one of the best things I’ve eaten in a long time. The steak had a wonderful charcoal flavour and was cooked perfectly. The service was impeccable, and the view overlooking the flowing river made the experience even better. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.
